Does this make my site GDPR compliant?
No plugin can make that claim on its own — GDPR compliance is a legal responsibility of your site, not something software certifies. Can I white-label this for my agency clients?
Yes, on the Agency and Scale plans. Replace the plugin's name and icon everywhere it appears — including the WordPress Plugins screen — and independently hide the License tab, the White Label tab itself, the Tutorials/Changelog links, or the entire plugin from the admin menu. If your license ever lapses or drops below Agency/Scale, branding reverts automatically and nothing you configured is lost.
What happens if my license expires or a payment fails?
The chat widget keeps working on your site — an expired, invalid, or not-yet-entered license never blocks it for your visitors. Automatic updates and premium support pause until it's resolved, with a non-blocking notice in Settings. The one exception: if a license is explicitly disabled (e.g. after a refund), the widget is hidden until it's re-enabled — that's the only state that's ever intentionally disruptive.
