1.2.0 contact channels
- New: contact channels — besides WhatsApp you can offer Email, Telegram, LINE and Viber. Add whichever you use under Widget & Contact → Contact channels. One channel shows a single button; several show a "Talk to a person" button that lists them. Each one opens with your pre-filled message, plus an AI summary of the conversation when there is one
- Changed: the "Widget & WhatsApp" tab is now "Widget & Contact". Nothing to redo — your WhatsApp number and message keep working as they are, and the message is now shared by every channel
- Improved: the assistant and the privacy policy text now mention whichever channels you actually set up, not just WhatsApp
- Improved: on a short question in the middle of a conversation, the assistant follows the language the visitor was already using, instead of falling back to your site's language
- Fixed: clearing the WhatsApp number left the country code saved behind, so WhatsApp kept showing as an option with nowhere to go. Emptying the number now turns WhatsApp off
